We want you to enjoy your time at the Cave and you'll do this more by making sure the clothing you wear is suitable for climbing.

You should wear loose, comfortable clothing and trainers. Layers are good too as the centre can get chilly in the winter.

Whilst we will do everything to ensure that your time at the Cave is safe and enjoyable climbing can be a dangerous sport and must be undertaken responsibly and with utmost care.
