“As Project Manager, I have seen the climbing wall from ‘birth'. It has been a rewarding experience watching it grow into the fantastic facility that benefits the Thamesmead Community. The staff are extremely skilled and very dedicated, they enjoy their work and often suggest ways of improving the lesson for the young people. This all goes to making my life much easier!

The cAve is growing each month and it's great to be a part of the development. Having been an instructor for 20 years this is the most exciting project I've been involved in and I am proud to have been apart of. It's the perfect platform to enable and encourage people of all ages to become fit and find enjoyment at all levels.”
