Never climbed before? Well here's the chance for your group to enjoy an activity that is both exciting and challenging. The First Experience serves no other purpose than giving your group a chance to let off steam and have some fun. Firstly they will learn the essential safety skills and basics of rock climbing and then it's up to them to discover how high they can climb and then how quickly they can abseil back down again.
This group session includes a lesson, equipment use, and rock climbing. We provide instruction on how to belay, how to tie into the rope properly, and basic climbing techniques. We also provide all the necessary equipment, including a helmet and a climbing harness.
